Andar Bahar at bal99 — Bangladesh's most popular live card game is now online
A traditional classic card game now in digital form — on any device, at any time, fully in Bengali.
What is Andar Bahar and why is it so popular?
Andar Bahar is a traditional card game from the Indian subcontinent that has long been very popular in Bangladesh as well. The game is built on a simple concept — the dealer places a card face-up in the middle of the table, and players must decide whether the next matching card will appear on the "Andar" side (left) or the "Bahar" side (right).
The simplicity of the game is its charm. No complex strategy or long learning curve is needed. The game is familiar everywhere from the old neighbourhoods of Dhaka to tea stalls in Chittagong. And now bal99 makes it available online — the same excitement, but in a safer and more convenient way.
When you play Andar Bahar at bal99, you get professional live dealers, high-quality video streaming, and a fully Bengali game interface. Play any time, from any device — mobile, tablet, or computer.
How to Play — Simple Rules
The rules of Andar Bahar are so straightforward that anyone can understand them on first sight. The steps are explained below:
| Step | What Happens |
|---|---|
| 1 | The dealer places one card face-up in the middle of the table — this is called the "Joker Card". |
| 2 | Place your bet — choose whether the matching card will appear on the "Andar" (left) or "Bahar" (right) side. |
| 3 | The dealer deals cards alternately to the left and right sides. |
| 4 | Whichever side a card matching the Joker Card's value appears on, those who bet on that side win. |
| 5 | Your winnings are instantly added to your bal99 account. |
Many versions also offer "side bets" and "express" rounds, which add more variety to the game. These special betting options are available at bal99's live dealer Andar Bahar tables.
